Clare Dillon
Clare Dillon is an open source and InnerSource advocate and has over 20 years’ experience working with developer communities. In 2021, Clare co-founded Open Ireland Network, a community for those interested in advancing open source at a national level in Ireland. Clare is currently a researcher with Lero, Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Software, and a member of Lero’s OSPO team. Alongside her research work, Clare is currently part of the organizing team of CURIOSS, a community for university and research institution OSPOs. From 2021-2023, Clare served as the inaugural Executive Director of InnerSource Commons, a global non-profit foundation supporting open collaboration methods in corporate software development. Clare is a qualified coach and frequently speaks on topics relating to open source, InnerSource and the future of work.
