Omar Mohsine
Open Source Coordinator, United Nations
Omar Mohsine is a member of the Office of the United Nations Special Envoy on Technology. Additionally, he heads the open source team within the UN Office of Information and Communication Technologies. Omar has worked for the UN in different capacities and on different continents for over 15 years. He has led projects on public-private partnership and innovation management, designed UN open source competitions for SDGs, and developed UN IT policy strategies. Omar is passionate about building new partnerships with technology stakeholders helping deliver the mandate the United Nations.
